The concept of Career & College Pathways has become a focus for many educational organizations. In Pathways, we aim to help students explore the many pathways that exist, identify the pathway they most connect with, and then pursue that pathway with purpose. As students engage their identified pathway to a deeper level, the academic and life skills work they complete becomes more relevant to their academic and professional growth. Through work-based learning experiences, students will apply their learning in authentic environments. This shift in instruction will better prepare participants to be workforce ready as they grow from student to professional.
